Phoebe Complex
Phoebe Complex is the second Cronus Frontier facility based on the moon of Phoebe. Many circular man-made hallways connect forked cave systems together here. The military grade Auto-Op Goliath was developed and housed here. This massive Auto-Op contains its own reactor core and must be destroyed to trigger the facility's self destruct.

Phoebe Complex was the first Cronus Frontier facility not located on Titan. At the time of construction, it was Cronus Frontier's largest dedicated mining facility. It also contains a small factory where Autonomous Operators can be serviced and upgraded. Records indicate that the factory was operating at greater than 100% capacity for the last month.
